Hearing Consultation
Your Journey to Better Hearing Starts Here
If you feel you may have some difficulty hearing, it pays to get checked by a hearing care professional. A consultation doesn’t take long and is completely painless.
Why seek help?
Don't Ignore What You Can't Hear
Hearing loss can develop gradually and go unnoticed for years. Getting checked by a professional early helps determine the type and degree of loss — so the right solution can be found for you, sooner.
OUR 4-STEP CONSULTATION PROCESS
01
Step 1
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Hearing Consultation
Our Audiologist will conduct a thorough patient evaluation — covering your medical history, job description, daily habits, and social life — before any hearing test is conducted.
Diagnostic Testing
Hearing Test
Hearing tests are categorised based on your initial consultation. Tests conducted at our centres include:
- Tympanometry
- Pure Tone Audiometry Screening (PTA)
- Diagnostic Audiometry Test (comprehensive PTA)
- Play Audiometry (for children aged 3–5)

Personalised Solutions
Discussion of Solutions
Our Audiologist will explain all available options to help recover your hearing — showing you a curated selection of hearing aids, their differences, and advantages suited to your lifestyle.
A hearing aid trial is conducted to find the best match. Once found, fitting is completed using computer software to precisely tune the sound to your degree of hearing loss.
Follow-Up Care
Verification & Validation
Two weeks after your first fitting, we conduct a thorough Hearing Aid Verification and Validation (V&V) process — confirming the hearing aid’s gain matches your prescribed fitting targets.
We evaluate whether the device performs as prescribed, and assess how much it has benefited your day-to-day life since you first started wearing it.
