MIDDLE EAR ANALYZERS

Titan
Titan represents the next generation impedance platform in a long series of middle ear analyzers developed and marketed from Interacoustics over the past 40 years. Titan offers full clinical level middle ear analysis with multiple probe tones (226, 678, 800 and 1000 Hz), multiple Eustachian Tube tests (intact, perforated and patulous), full reflex attery ipsi/contra, decay and latency as well as automatic and manual pump control.
It can be operated either as a handheld or PC-controlled instrument with the ability to print on a small thermal printer or to a connected PC printer
AT235 / AT235h
The AT235 / AT235h is an automatic middle ear analyzer ideal for diagnostic and screening evaluations. It is an instrument providing top performance and user reliability with features in both screening and diagnostic applications.
The AT235h holds new manual pump function allowing you to override automatic features and giving you control over pressure changes during tympanometry. The AT235h features two tests of eustachian tube function, one for perforated and one for intact eardrums as well as high frequency probe tones. The AT235 / AT235h come in a timeless design that fits the modern clinic. It is designed with ergonomics and user-friendliness in mind. With the built-in power amplifier and test cavities it is easy and fast to set up and get started testing
AA222 / AA222h
The most comprehensive combination of middle ear analyzer and clinical audiometer available.
The AA222 has testing capabilities for air and bone conduction as well as speech. Dual inputs for a tape or CD player allow the examiner to conduct binaural recorded speech tests and other tests for central auditory processing or hearing aid evaluations.
Other tests include pure tone and Stenger speech, ABLB, Auto Threshold (Hughson-Westlake method) and SISI. Outputs are available to connect external speakers and with an appropriate amplifier AA222 will produce 90dB or more of speech in a typical sound room environment. Separate software calibration for all transducers allows the exchange of insert phones or traditional TDH39 phones by the push of a button.
The AA222h provides additional high-frequency probe tones for Y-component testing in addition to the traditional 226Hz tone. With the push of a single button, the AA222h will switch to a 678, 800 or 1000 Hz probe tone. A tympanogram that is recorded using a high frequency probe tone (e.g. 1000 Hz) is considered more suitable for screening neonates
AA220 / AA222
The AA220 / AA222 is the most comprehensive combination of middle ear analyzer and clinical audiometer available. It combines all of the diagnostic middle ear analyzer tests found on the AT235 and most of the features available on the popular AD229 diagnostic audiometer – all in one small and lightweight package. This makes the AA220 / AA222 ideal for the new clinic, for travelling to alternate locations, and for clinical situations where space is at a premium.
Interacoustics middle ear analyzers is known for their “endless airflow” engineering technique. This is the perfect method for obtaining a tympanogram on a crying child or difficult-to-test patients when physical sealing is difficult. An automatic adaptive pump speed produces tympanograms with high peak resolution without sacrificing test time. Other pump speed options are available
MT10
Built to meet these requirements in an easy and very cost effective way. For example otitis media, a major cause of temporary or permanent hearing impairment in children, can be easily and quickly detected and documented with the MT10

ABR/OAE/ASSR

Eclipse
Eclipse is tried and tested in the field. It has been developed over a number of years using extensive feedback from end users, patients and audiological experts.
It provides real results in real situations. Eclipse can measure all types of auditory evoked potentials and otoacoustic emissions. It performs all tests from a single high performance hardware unit connected directly to your own pc, laptop or workstation. Results go to a common database with printable reports in paper form or shared electronically.
Modular software means you can assemble exactly the test battery you need. All modules have similar interfaces, making the whole system easy to learn and easy to use. And you can extend it at any time

VNG – BALANCE SYSTEM

BRU 415 - Balance Rehabilitation
Interacoustics is proud to introduce the BRUT Balance Rehabilitation Unit for the treatment of patients with balance disorders. The BRUT is a break-through virtual reality solution for functional balance assessment and subsequent rehabilitation therapy for patients that suffer from balance problems.

The BRUT software creates virtual reality stimuli, recreating real life situations which are displayed to the patient using virtual reality goggles. The BRUT415 Balance Rehabilitation Unit is a unique virtual reality device that delivers balance assessment and patient specific rehabilitation games.

Video Frenzel - VF405
Superior nystagmus observation –Interacoustics is pleased to announce the release of the new Video Frenzel system:  VF405 Basic and VF405 Extended. The VF405 provides ideal conditions for fixation-free observation of eye movements in patients being evaluated for vestibular disorders.

Perfect eye images – Crisp and contrasting rich eye images from the same high resolution FireWire cameras that we use in our VNG systems

Rapid data transfer technology enables very high quality video and precise measurements with all results stored in the OtoAccess database. The system also includes functions for printing reports and sharing data.
VO425
Vestibular & Oculomotor analysis designed for clinics that carry out detailed balance investigations. The FireWire VNG is designed for clinics that carry out detailed balance investigations.

It contains all the features of the VN415 plus computer aided analysis of oculomotor tests. Rapid data transfer technology enables very high quality video and precise measurements, with all results stored in the OtoAccess database. The system also includes functions for printing reports and sharing data

Nydiag 200 - Rotary Chair
Rotational testing is more sensitive than caloric testing even though both are typically used during a full balance assessment.
Rotational testing produces fewer false negatives than caloric testing and is the only test suitable for compensated unilateral lesions and bilateral vestibular lesions.
Rotational testing also avoids all the accessories required for caloric testing and is therefore preferred by many patients. Some patient groups (e.g. children) will often accept rotational testing but reject calorics
